Pegge Bernecker is a spiritual guide, retreat leader, author, Usui Reiki II practitioner, editor of Listen: A Seeker's Resource for Spiritual Direction, and outreach developer for Spiritual Directors International.
She authored Your Spiritual Garden: Tending to the Presence of God, and God… Any Time, Any Place: The Many Ways College Students Pray. A foster adoptive mother, the death of her only son magnified her desire for deep meaning and service. In September 2007 she and her husband moved to Kasilof, Alaska from Fort Collins, Colorado where the wilderness inspires and invites her to deep communion with all the cosmos.
